Tamara Fogarty, MD, FACP
Dr. Fogarty attended the University of California, Irvine, where she graduated with degrees in both Biology and Psychology. Additionally, she holds a M.S. in Physiology from Georgetown University. Dr. Fogarty received her medical degree with honors from Brown University and completed her residency at Harbor/UCLA Medical Center with special studies in women’s health. She is an Assistant Clinical Professor at UCLA School of Medicine. She is Board Certified in Internal Medicine.

Marcus L. Gitterle,
MD, ABWM, FACCWS
Dr. Gitterle is co-founder and Chief Medical Officer of WoundCentrics, LLC, where he pioneered regional cross-continuum wound care teams. He specializes in Wound Care, Hyperbaric Medicine, and Amputation Prevention, supervising medical teams across more than 100 facilities in 12 states. Throughout his 33-year career in hospital medicine, he has held numerous leadership positions including Hospital Chief of Staff and Chairman of various departments. As a Principal Investigator, his research focuses on Wound Microbiome and Transcriptomics, and he has trained physicians worldwide in complex wound treatment and amputation prevention strategies. Dr. Gitterle resides in Central Texas with his family.

Lawrence A. Lavery,
DPM, MPH
Dr. Lavery is a tenured professor in the Department of Orthopedic Surgery at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. His clinic and research interests involve diabetic foot complications. His research team has published over 340 peer reviewed scientific papers, and they have received extramural funding from the National Institute of Health, Veterans Administration, Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality, Department of Defense, American Diabetes Association, American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and private Industry.
